Overview
Project Beta required a consumer-facing mobile experience that felt premium on both iOS and Android while sharing a single codebase. We built a custom animation-heavy design system in Expo and layered real-time collaboration on top using WebSockets.
Outcomes
- 4.8★ App Store rating at launch

- 60fps animations on mid-range Android hardware
